I work at a store, and the cardboard dries out my hands really bad. They get to the point where they bleed by my cuticles. I have tried a lot of lotions, but none have helped me so far. Please help-my hands will appreciate it tremensly.

My hands get extremely bad in the winter, to the point where they crack and bleed -- they get really leathery. The only "lotions" that ever worked for me are Aquaphor and/or Vaseline. Put a ton of it on your hands before bed, and put socks over your hands.
EDIT: Corn Huskers lotion has a ton of fragrance (read alcohol) in it. That will cause your hands to become more dry, and it stings like a mother if you put it on cracked skin.
Duh!? How about Udder Cream?

My dermatologist recommended Aquaphore, it's sold at regular drug stores. Use it a night and put gloves, try to keep your hands moisturized through out the day with a lighter lotion, Ucering is great. In few days you should see a change! ♥

Mary Kay makes this stuff it's a three step hand treatment...and that stuff works wonders....can't think of the name right now but if you look up lotion on they're site it's the only one that has three steps to it...but it works great!!!! Bath and Body works hand cream works good too.

I was gonna make a rude comment about how I only using lotion on one hand but there's nothing worst than rough hands, especially on a chick. It's like me not shaving and then dragging my face down your back....its like 60 grit sandpaper.
Patty uses Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion....and she's a fussy old broad.....bless her heart.

Cetaphil or massage lotion. I'm a massage therapist so my hands are always covered in the lotion. They both work really well.

I want to put in a vote for Jergen's Lotion. My Grammy, my Mom and me used it for a lifetime. It also "stays" and you don't have to keep putting layer after layer on.

My hands get the same way in the winter..they crack in the knuckle area so then everytime I bend them they bleed...I have to wear band-aids until they heal...I SWEAR by Aveeno...its oatmeal based and there is no perfumes to burn your hands...trust me on this one I know of what I speak...

Jergens is really good. ...But check this out...I was talking to this chick one time and she told me that if in the ingredients on lotion if "MINERAL OIL" is listed...[usually in the top 10 ingredients] it's bad for your skin its not a good lotion to buy...cause mineral oil is super bad for your skin! She said it gives you those weird bumps on your skin. ...Just a little FYI...Haha...
