Probably that duck embryo crap called Balut from the philippines.
Just the site of it disgust me.
Durian fruit comes to mind, I hear it tastes like rotting onions.
Was watching this funny show this past weekend, called John Safran vs God. John goes around and checks out other religions in other cultures so he went to haiti to get some insight on voodooism. They had some kind of ceremony and this voodooistic dood comes out there and eats the balls off a live goat.
Had to look away from the screen. You ain't getting that stuff in my mouth. And here I thought voodoo was about jamming needles into a doll that looked like someone :)

I live in China and I have eaten most anything you can think of. But...BUT, I will not eat dog. It offends some people when they invite me for dinner and they serve dog and I refuse. I will not eat Fido, Rover, Fifi, or Bruiser.
More: Chicken heads / chicken feet, fish heads, goat heads, beef eyes, and live fish.

Chitterlings (or chitlins/pig intestines), pig feet, greens, greasy chicken, watermelon, cornbread and squirrel. I just shudder at the thought of eating any of this.

Um...well you must've been really bored when you asked that, but i'd have to say live octopus (small ones). There is actually a special way you have to abide by or else they can suffocate you (not to mention that they are all slimey and stuff).
