I don't have stage fright, but doesn't everyone get a little nervous before going in front of an audience. Once i'm out there i feel almost ecstatic, it's kind of thrilling, at least the first few times, then it starts to become the norm, and it slowly becomes boring

Do mean making speeches at the podium. It's good to have a measure of stage fright because it keeps the adenaline working which makes for a better speech. To go out there lax has the possibility of being dead pan. In making speeches preparadness is important.

That's really funny. I have horrible stage fright but I ran for City Council in Nashville, TN and got 4,865 votes. If I had been able to speak in public I could have won!

I sing with the church choir and groups, each time my mouth goes dry and my hands get sweaty. After I start singing it goes away. So yes, I guess that is stage fright.

Yes. I used to have this when I was younger.

I could say that I changed at least ...70% ... I rectified myself.

And now ... you can even ask me to sing and dance on the stage. hehehe

You can do it by mingling most of the time with friends ... socializing ... attending seminars .....participating in a play or any other activities.

There are so many actually... try to explore if you want to rectify yourself.

Goodluck
