Is there a home remedy to bring menses down?

My menses are due to start anytime soon... however... i am having a lot of bloating and heaviness but menses are not coming down... I would normally go to the pharmacy and purchase Humphrey's 11 ... unfortunately in Little Rock, there is not one pharmacy here that sells them....

Please help!!

For bloating you can try taking alfalfa tablets. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
