Ideally:

Dennis Kucinich
from day one knew the reasons given for an invasion of Iraq were lies (and that lies are being told to justify an attack on Iran)...voted against the War and every blank check for continued military occupation...only candidate supporting the healthcare the entire Western Democratic world has (except the U.S. where healthcare is a commodity not a human right) Single-Payer healthcare... was against NAFTA, the WTO, "Free Trade w/ China", CAFTA and every other undemocratic Corporate-managed "free trade" treaty from day one-and wants the U.S. to pull out of them to stop the exploitation of cheap labor and loss of U.S. jobs to overseas.

Realistically:
John Edwards
is not as beholden to the Corporate interests and the Military Industrial Complex as are the Republicans and Hillary and Obama...speaks for Main Street not Wall Street...defended civilians and consumers against large Corporations as a lawyer...as a southerner could follow in the footsteps of Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton as a winning Democrat.

These two ran 1-2 (Edwards, Kucinich) in polls done by both Air America and Move.On...
only the Corporate media wants Hillary and Guiliani.

OBAMA. He has the solutions for many of our problems ready to be put into action. He is down to earth and not like the other runners (full of hot air). He speaks the truth right from his heart (you can tell because he doesn't read from any scripts!). He says what he means and means what he says. I believe he could really help the Nation get to where it should be and return the power to the people. Todays gov officials seem to be on the side of Big Corporations and have no concern for the people, their welfare or there well being. How is it that we are spending a TRILLION TAX PAID DOLLARS abroad and have no money for our schools, the elder, the handicapped and the homeless HERE where we live? Go figure, then vote for OBAMA.

Anyone who is not affiliated with a political party or the Bildebergs.
They must have a strong desire to restore our Constitution, and maintain our Bill Of Rights, and prove that actively by growing some cajones and actually Doing it.
They must care for our returning Veterans, as well as those of us who have already been cheated out of what we rightfully earned.
They must be a reflection of, and be in full support of We The People and OUR agendas (not the reverse).
They must Actively restore our Diplomatic relations in the interest of peacefully eliminating enemies by making them our friends again (the best way to defeat an enemy is make them your friend...Abraham Lincoln).
They must actively support the destruction of subversive organizations like PNAC, the Bildebergs, and any group associated with the Eugenics program.

Why? Because Politicians are tearing our beloved country to shreds and destroying our rights in the interest of their own agendas, which do not match the agendas of We the People.

When you find someone who fits the bill please be sure to let me know!

Someone with the intelligence and non-partisanship of Ronal Reagan, the strength and character of Abraham Lincoln, the morals and values of a true Christian, and the ability to speak softly and carry a big stick. Someone who won't take any garbage from anyone and not let international law sink it's disgusting tentacles into American society.

I want a candidate who will defend our rights and freedoms; ALL of them. I want a candidate who will uphold the laws of this nation, not blatantly defy them. I want a candidate who will not seek a constitutional ban on gay marriage, the right to privacy in our conversations, cigarettes, abortion, or firearms. I want a candidate who is pro-gun, pro-choice, pro-middle class and pro-liberty. I want a candidate who will defend us when a REAL threat emerges and stop fabricating new ones for political gain. I want a candidate who will promote education for kids and adults alike, who will use the power and influence of government to help those less fortunate do better and; I want a candidate who is against privatizing social security. In short; I want a candidate who doesn't exist! At least, not in the 2008 race.

just like in 1992 and 1996, we again have an ABC election for 2008. This time I pray to the Dear Lord that we get a BETTER OUTCOME than in those two elections.

Anybody
But
Clinton

My personal preference: RUDY Guiliani-he is moderate and favors views from both sides--not an extremist. And he did a GREAT job running New York City after the 9/11 attacks.

Lou Dobbs. Because he would be the only candidate that wouldn't be for special interests. He is for the middle class, and he's intelligent enough to pick a veep in areas where he might be weak.

The way things are now with this president, I'd take back Nixon if it were possible. And we thought HE was a crook!

Bob Kerrey. Unfortunately, many talented people don't want to be in politics today. Look at the candidates this year. The really good people won't run.
