If you are asking how to go about getting your daughter a job at a hotel in Dubai...Contact the human resource director at the hotel in question and inquire what is needed to intern or work there. I would check the web for the company/hotel name and you should find the appropriate contact person.

Just tell your daughter to send email the hotel mentioned that the school requires her to do internship. Mention the period of time and department that she interests to learn ie. front office, f&b, sales...
Trainee is a very common stuff in hotel industry, esp in Dubai, we have trainee from many places esp from Holland.
