what do you think of this? are the human rights monitors etc.right to complain about conditions? or do the suspected terrorists deserve to be treated in such a way untill the soldiers are satisfied with a result?(whatever it may be)

It contains instructions as only the military can write them, such as how to use pepper spray on unruly prisoners. "Aim at the eyes, nose and mouth when possible. Use a 1/2 to 1 second burst from a distance of 36 to 72 inches away."

"If the cup is damaged or destroyed, the detainee will be disciplined for destruction of government property," the rules say.

These are unlawful combatants within the definition of the Laws of Land Warfare (Geneva Conventions). In previous wars they would have been summarily executed after capture without violating any international law.
But, if you feel they are being mistreated you can volunteer your address to Federal officials who will be glad to extend Section 8 housing support to these poor unfortunates and move a few into your neighborhood.
