yes because their are a lot of that are gay and in love and i think they should legal it because it's not fair because straight people can get matter and it shouldn't matter was sex that you are getting married to

I'm all for civil unions that give us the same legal rights as marriage. If you want to define marriage as a legal contract then yes... I'm all for that.

I do not believe any churches etc. should be forced to accept or perform religious marriages that are outside of their beliefs... no matter how narrow minded I think those beliefs may be.

I think it should be legal everywhere because it simply isn't the governments legitimate business to establish what constitutes a "family". However er, I haven't figured this out yet but this argument could be used to legitimize polygamy, which would be greatly detrimental to the freedom and equality of women. Maybe the inherent inequality of polygamy would continue to render it illegal. So, my answer is that gay marriage should probably be legal everywhere.

I personaly don't care about marriage all to much but thats just me lol. But I do think anybody that wants to get married should be able to. Love is Love so why the heck not. =3

A legal contract for purposes of insurance/inheritance etc. is okay.
Marriage is a man and a woman.
