i rented KH1 and loved it, but I didn't like having to pretty much constantly fight... and I thought the fighting modes were pretty simple, whats final fantasy (any series) like???

The Final Fantasy games are great. The have epic storylines, great characters, and fun gameplay. But Final Fantasy is a turn-based RPG, not an action RPG like Kingdom Hearts.

Final Fantasy is a great game, and in my opinion has an orgasmic story line, any of the sequels. The thing about FF is that there is some parts of the game where there is a lot of fighting and it is a rather annoying process of going through the micromanagement of it all, but if you catch on, it becomes a ton of fun. I would definitely reccomend Final Fantasy if you even remotely enjoyed Kingdom Hearts.

Final Fantasy 7 is know as one of the best of the whole series. This game was so big that they created a movie, and continuations of the game, such as Final Fantasy 7 Dirge of Cerberus and many more.

There is a lot drama and action in final fantasy. You fight a lot more that KH. If dont like to fight, dont get it. Its very intresteing though. I would get because of the story line.

Final fantasy games are turn based. Each person + each monster gets his/own turn. It gives more time with more options on what your next move will be. FF series are addicting. Especially ff7, that "is" the MACDADDY

FF 1 -11 are role-playing. Its like a take turn game, but with a story. I'd say its like the board game RISK, but funner.
