Yeah. I saved my brother & best friend from drowning on two seperate occasions. That's probably another reason that it bothers me so bad that I couldn't do the same for my own daughter.

I saved an infant that had stopped breathing using CPR. Funny thing is he has no idea today but, his parents sure do.
That was 20 years ago. Great feeling after it set in.

not really....but I jumped into a pool once ....jeans and all to help this kid...who ws having trouble getting to the edge...when I saw his eyes....I knew he was in trouble.....the stupid life guard was busy talking to some guys...by the time he and I got out of the pool his mom was already there....freaking out...and the guard finally responded....man did that mom rip that guard a new one...

i jumped into a pool with all my clothes on to get my dog. bullmastiffs can't swim at all! i had to lift her over my head to get her on the deck. 115 bl. dog is hard for a teen girl to pick up!!!!!!!!!
