put some metal washers or maybe a block of wood or cardboard under the legs of the table....test it out to see what legs are having the problems.

Admittedly 1 and 2 offer valid suggestions. Forgive me this, but don't attempt cutting any leg.

No offense meant, but..........

I do have at least one other; hopefully valid suggestion.

Is it only "wobbly" in THAT location?

Might you consider; given that it's NEW...returning it/ exchanging it?

As much a "I" demand quality in things I purchase; such is not always the case in manufacture.

A greater notion for me would be to NOT accept something I was dissatisfied with; NOT attempt a DIY modification; especially in the context you describe.

Tighten all the screws and bolts.

The black feet are adjustable. They screw in and out of the base.
