Periods can often be irregular, especially when you are young. The pill does stabilize the cycle and often reduces your flow also. if it is bothersome consult your doctor, but it is probably just hormones fluctuating.

I'm not a doctor, but It could be due to stress or weight loss/ weight gain - or even if you have been exercising or active in a strenuous sport lately. It happens. It will probably even out soon. Or - you can go back on the pill to make it more predictable for you.

I sort of had the same thing happen, although im older and have had sex...I heard if you live or are around women your cycle can change. Mine did. I was worried at first too, but my roomates did the same thing to. I was also on birth control for three years. If it worries you so much maybe see your doctor??

When I went off the pill after 5 years mine was all over the place for several months...if you are athletic that also plays a huge part in it too.

I would call the Dr. and ask

Why did you stop taking the pill? Were you on it to regulate your cycle? Talk to your health care provider about causes and treatments. If you've been on the pill for a while, it may take your body time to adjust to not being on it.
