How do I regain lost 3D devices?

I have lost the first 5 screen savers plus 2 of my games and the message that I have been recieving is that I do not have the 3D devices in order to play or display. I had them and now They are lost. Does anyone know how I can regain them?

click start then run and type dxdiag ,check ur version of direct x and do the test .that will tell u wats goin on.
