most people grow untill age of 22 that is for men ofcourse, some grow even after that where as other stop growing a little earlier so maybe u are still growing, but the rate of growth is usually slower at 20.

Young men frequently notice heavier hair growth in the early twenties (beard and on chest or back). Plus an increase in muscle mass will occur as you stop increasing in height. Many young teen boys have a thin lanky look. As you age this will diminish when your height stabilizes, but that may not have happened quite yet.

I have known former high school classmates who had very little beard or body hair growth until after graduation. And many men are still growing (height-wise) well into their twenties.

Yep I would say so. Individual bodies react differently to the sex hormones. Some start slow and gradually pick up speed. It is not unusual for males to continue to mature until they are 25 or 26.

You'll probably keep growing till your mid to late 20's. Sure it'll slow down a bit than in your recent years but you'll continue to notice changes.
