I bet you are thinking of GW Bush. However I suggest you do some research on Ulysses Grant - terrible!

Warren G. Harding. His Secretary of the Interior, Albert Fall, went to prison for the Teapot Dome scandal. Harding had selected Fall only because they played poker together and Harding like Senator Fall's stories about the Southwest.
He was a womanizer and used the same area near the Oval Office for his sexual liaisons as did a later President.
In my lifetime, James Earl Carter III comes in a close second. He was one of the seven commanders-in-chief I served under and his record is abysmal.

It's a toss-up for a lot of people between Grant and Nixon as the "Worsiest" president of all time. You probably think Bush is since your not old enough to remember how Nixon resigned in disgrace
Admittedly, George is as crooked as Dick was, but unless you lived through the regime of that asshole, you don't know what a bad president is!

William Howard Taft comes to mind. Jimmy Carter is another one. Some say Lincoln, because the country nearly fell apart during his term(s), but he did then re-unify it... so he's off the hook. Most today will say George W. Bush, but they clearly never heard of Ulysses S. Grant.

Reagan..... Our huge debt, The shrinking of the middle class, The breaking up of unions, Free Market capitalism that is now biting us in the *** can all be blamed on Reaganomics.
He did not end the cold war, the arms race of the previous presidents bankrupted the USSR.
Hell he even took the solar panels off of the white house Carter put up there to lead by example.
Unless your Rich or tricked in to thinking he was great... Then he was awesome.

CARTER. He was a spineless ,clueless, country boy that traded his peanuts for the oval office. His main strength is that he was honorable and moral. Too bad in His later years he is becoming so anti-American the few supporters he has are turning away.
