Well, technically it would be worth two dollars, but if you through in the rate of inflation and the fact that the dollar has lost it's buying power, as compared to 1976 it's worth about 1.30

Looks like the series 1976 $2 is selling for $3 in grade fine, $4 in grade extra fine and $10 in crisp uncirculated. These are treds prices and are about the average of what the notes sell for.
