I need tips on how to conceive twins?

There are only two ways to increase chances of conceiving twins - (1) Do IVF (with multiple fertilized eggs) or (2) Use drugs to stimulate follicular harmones (FSH) to increase number of good follicles, so multiple eggs are released and hopefully at least two are fertilized / implantated.

For both procedures, you need to talk to fertility doctor and it can get expensive (especially IVF). Chances are higher with IVF for twins but no guarantees.

You can't make your self ovulate 2 eggs, nor can you make a fertilized egg spilt, so there is nothing you can do, except for in vetro which is expensive, and still wouldn't guarantee multiples.

some have it detailed, but i'd just say that you could either have it twice in one night before you're 30 (as early as possible really) or get medication. worked for someone's cousins! triplets, even! one died but hey! you wanted twins so all the merrier!
