Between school, friends, friends problems they exspect me to fix, and this guy i like (<---not like that matters) and i cant calm down.. i seriously don't know what to do to calm my nerves.. so for real any suggestions?

Kibo- your an idiot if i want a piece i can get it.. but get real that doesn't fix anything when your out of the bedroom. So stop pleasuring your self with stupid little comments.

Ok, I know you've heard it before but...definitely some exercise, number 1, as it releases positive endorphins in your body.

Having a big cry can help too, it is cleansing.

After you've got those two out of the way, it sounds like you are totally maxed out with everyone around you. Other people can be stressful! I would recommend going to the pharmacist and getting yourself some St John's Wort. It is excellent for just what you are suffering - mild anxiety.

Go on a course of it for three to four weeks, and you will feel a lot better. It is very mild, and a herb, but it is proven to be very effective for just what you are suffering from. Much information is available online about it.

exercise for an hour everyday. it will release the tension you've built up. Also, record the days you feel on the edge and compare to where you are on the menstrual cycle. You may have a hormonal imbalance and you can do something about that to fix it. I didn't figure out that I had that until my bf saw a pattern in my moods. LOL

You're dealing with a lot of pressure and what happens when the pressure builds with no place to go ........... okay, take a deep breath, sit down with a piece of paper and a pen and make a list of your concerns, now look the list over and number them in relation to their critical importance ....... you should now have a focused plan to deal with the stress. As you complete an item, cross it off and that's got to make you feel better. Good question.

Sit down . Get paper and pencil. Make two columns, those that are really,really important and stresses that are not so important, and list as many reasons for each as you can. Now look at your list again. Are some which you listed as really, really important not so important ? Think a little and the nerves should be calmer.

It really sounds to me like normal stuff.

Try some chamomile tea at night. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, smoking. Take care of yourself -- go for a walk or a jog, hit the gym, go swimming.

You are not stressed out now, but you are on the edge -- and the edge is usually a cliff.

Take bed rest 4 some days. During this period, try switching your mind off any thought. Difficult but quite doable, and as u start succeeding in doing that, u'll increasingly gain relaxed feelings until it becomes a part of your daily refreshing.

I believe the answer to your problems is called a "rabbit." That, or the "Raunchy Rocket G-vibe." Both are available in an array of colors and can easliy be coordinated with the color scheme of your bedroom (or bathroom) decor. Best of luck to you in your search for enlightenment.

take a step back and go see a movie or have a pig out session with your girlfriends or just go wandering and get some therapy - retail of cos !!
