There are many things you can do. Babysitting, housesitting, pet sitting, mowing lawns, delivering newspapers and for kids between 14 and 15 you can be a cashier at certain jobs many of my friends were able to do that at my old job Cedar Point Theme Park. When I was 13 I got a business license and sold snacks from my parents house. I would sell an average of 75-100 daily and make about 30-40 profit while beings home and paying all my expenses. Then when I was 16 i work until I graduated. I regret it to the fullest enjoy your childhood you only get one life. Money comes and goes. It will always be there but your childhood will not. I should have played football instead of worrying about the next dollar I want to buy the best outfit. . Join extracurricular activities and join things like the Big brother big sisters program you will be able to be in enricinh programs and you will get paid. But, enjoy your childhood if I could go 5 years back to my freshmen year I would. But, I can't and enjoy your childhood.

There was a poster here a couple of weeks ago. He was at the DMV with his teenaged son and was watching all these people struggle to put their new plates on. He suggested to his son that he borrow his electric wrench and offer to help people with their plates for a fee. Over a month later the dad found out his son had made thousands of dollars helping people out.

Ride you bike around the community see if there is some service you could do for people. Watch and look for a need and develope a solution for it.

Who knows what might happen.

Watering plants, dog walking, petsitting, housesitting for neighbors when they go away, babysitting, extra chores around the house, garage sales, consigning old clothes... basically odd jobs. Until you're 16 there's not much you can do. Just enjoy being a kid :)

You can do chores like the simple ones such as cleaning dishes, cleaning stuff, watering plants (if you have one) and cleaning your parents car (if you have one) or you can give newspapers to people and earn money. I'm sure if you do a good job in school, your parents will give you a reward.
