Force yourself. Do it. After a few days you will acclamate yourself to getting up early. You wil sleep better and you will have more energy. Soon you will feel this way, You will develop an addiction to the ritual of getting up early and running. it works, trust me. In be before 10, up before 6, you will soon realize that you will be able to get up before 6 without the alarm. I did. Let me know how this works for you.

Forcing yourself to do something only lasts so long, you have to find a reason that will motivate you to make a change in your life style. If soccer is your passion then you will find a reason for getting up and paying the price, but if it is not then usually our wants of other things keep us from being the best and what we are doing. Its up to you, if you want a life of soccer, it will take a monumental effort, only you know if it is in you, Good luck, and God give you the strength to do it.
