Well that would depend on the job description. The benefits listed are pretty standard in the Health Care/Insurance field, the number of vacation time is a bit low for this industry.
Overall not bad.
Unfortunately, salary employees would not be eligible for overtime, so in example if the Head Nurse was a salary employee making $65,000; and worked a Holiday, would receive Holiday Pay (usually $200-$300) on top of the salary amount.
Good Luck!

Depends on the job... Dont get me wrong, but that sounds good for some jobs, but you didnt list the job requirements.
If they have to be "combat" nurses for a private security company and always treating wounded people.. it might not be that groovy of a package.
If your talkinb about nursing home nurse's it sounds like a good package but ive never worked as a nurse, so i wouldnt know.

Equity - probably refers to awarding you ownership in a piece of the company (stock or stock options). Flexible Spending Account - Allows you to put money aside for medical expenses. The amount you put aside is tax-free. However, it is use-it-or-lose-it. If you don't spend the money by the end of the year, the IRS gets to keep it. 401(k) - Allows you to put money into a retirement account. The money is tax-deferred (you don't pay taxes on it until you withdraw, thus allowing your retirement funds to grow faster). However, you generally can't touch it until you reach retirement age. One big thing to look at is do they offer 401(k) matching? Some companies will put in 25 cents or 50 cents or a dollar for every dollar you put in up to a certain limit. Employee premium - This is the portion of your health insurance that you pay.

If this is for an RN or NP position 17.50 is way too low. The rest sounds fine.

I would definitely work for you...but I would prefer an hour break....half an hour just seems to go way to fast when you have to eat...people like to enjoy their food...especially if they need to leave the premises to get it. Other than that....where is this business located? I need a job...
