I think Kobe's team would kill them:
Kobe vs Wade (advantage Kobe): They are both very exciting players but Kobe has the edge. He is a better defensive player (he's been a beast this season) although both have a knack for knocking down big shots at the end of the game.
Arenas vs Iverson: (advantage Arenas): A.I. is still good but not as good as he used to be and Arenas seems to be getting better is in the prime of his career. Arenas seems to be a better clutch player and with the other guys on his team esp. Kobe- would be able to get a one-on-one opportunity at the end of the game.
McGrady vs Pierce: (Advantage McGrady): McGrady just has way more game than Paul.
Garnett vs Durant: (Advantage Garnett): Durant is no where near Garnett's class at this point of his career. KG was MVP just several seasons ago, and if he were to play on a team of this caliber would be able to focus on defense and rebounding! Durant right now is a one dimensional shooter that is very inconsistent.
Oden vs Shaq: (Slight advantage Shaq): Shaq is just getting older and older and it's showing. Oden isn't even playing this year and would close the gap just because of Shaq's diminishing skills. Off course Oden wouldn't need to score on this team- just grab boards and play D which i think he will adjust to the NBA very quickly in both of those categories.
Overall i think it wouldn't even be close- even if you made some of those even or even flipped an advantage or so- i think the frontcourt especially would strongly favor Kobe's team.

Lol that is without doubt the most one-sided team match up ever.
You have two big-man on Kobe's team, while Wade barely has one (now). Tmac and Kobe would outscore Wade's team by themselves, and you put in KG for post defence and you have an almost unstoppable team. Arenas don't even have to be on the team to see that Kobe's team would rout Wade's.
I'm sorry but this match up is just ridiculous.

Kobes team if Greg Oden weren't out for the season. They probably still would since D Wade is injured to and Shaq isnt half as dominate as he used to be.

Even though D-Wade is my favorite player
I have to say Kobe's team cause Shaq is just too old so he'll get out-rebounded by KG
