Yes it is legal if you are over 18. Your federal and state laws determine whether or not you get paid overtime, but in general jobs with hourly pay are required to pay overtime, while salaried jobs are exempt and do not have to pay overtime.

Yes, it's legal. I'm assuming you are in the US and not a minor - otherwise laws might differ.
Almost all jobs are covered by federal overtime laws though, so you must be paid overtime rate of time and a half your normal rate for hours worked over 40 in a week.
Even if you are salaried, but aren't in a supervisory position and making over around $23,000 a year, they are still required to pay you overtime - your overtime rate would be your weekly salary divided by 40, times 1-1/2. Many people (including some employers) think that if you are salaried, you don't have to be paid overtime - this is not necessarily true - federal law controls who must be paid overtime, and the employer can't get around that by declaring someone "salaried".

As long as their paying overtime for anything over 40 hours in a work week then yes, it's legal. I suggest finding someplace else, but on the other hand that check will be nice.

1. overtime is anything AFTER 40 hours (In my state anyways)
2. Check your local employment laws, they have to have posters up somewhere saying that.

It's legal in most states -- they can actually work you 24/7 -- not a smart thing, but it's legal.
Just to be certain go to your state's Department of Labor website and verify.
