I'm a TOP DOG forced into the underdog position forced into that position since I'm a state employee. I would so love to be a top dog that could fix things. But I'm an underdog, and can't make a difference.

top gun, but i feel like an underdog. And don't use the words top and gun in a single sentence. It conjures bad memories of toned and sweaty guys half naked and wearing aviation glasses on the beach playing volleyball and flying f14 tomcats calling eachother gay codenames like maverick, goose, and iceman
