im scared of not being able to have kids. is it normal to feel like that. im barely 21.?

i havent really plan on it yet but i havent protection in the past six months and i havent gotten pregerant.

Maybe for me its not the right time. Im still going to college have other things i would like to do. but i dont want to wait till im older to see. i am responable enough to take care of child. i adore them i cant wait to have my own

I feel the same way, since I was younger. I always said its the people who don't want kids or are unresponsible that have them ( definately not everyone just getting my point across!) and the people who really want them cant have them. it drives me nuts- my husband was always like not yet but I put my foot down and said I'm not waiting any longer because I don't want to find out that I can't have them when I'm older, I'd rather find out now and maybe theres something we could do for it. we've been trying since Sept. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

You don't want to do this. If you have kids, your college education will end. Your career will stall. Be something more than a cave-woman.

You should make this a positive. Being sterile is a blessing. You have the perfect excuse not to have children, and society will not treat you crappy about it. My girlfriend and I both chose to be sterile and had to take the extra effort to be that way. People call us names over it.

lol.. i'm gonna be 20 and my fiancee and i want to have a baby, but we have been trying for a year now! and nothing...gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! lol... i know how you feel. my grandma tells me that, when i am ready and god thinks i'm ready it will happen!

yep, i was really scared of that, which is why i was hell bent on having them early.
