Fill up a bath tub with warm water, about 1-2 inches deep (enough to just cover their back, up to the shoulder). If they are uneasy, place a cloth on the bottom of the tub so they have more traction and feel more steady.
Dribble water on their backs and on their heads, sometimes they will lick it up, sometimes they'll try and swim, and sometimes they'll try to get out.
They will often poop in the water. If this happens, drain the water out and refill it. They need to soak for about 15 minutes.
Do not use soaps or detergents. You could use a dechlorinater which you can get at most pet stores.

Get a Rubbermaid storage container with high sides, fill it with warm water (not too hot!) deep enough to come up to his shoulders, put a hand towel on the bottom for traction, and let him soak in it. As the water cools, you can remove some of it and replace it with warm. Baths can last 15-20 minutes. This is a good way to keep the dragon hydrated and it helps a lot with shedding. Here's a great link to beardie bathing!
