about 14 days. My pediatrician usually won't give my kids anything for a cold unless it is bacterial and he always says around 2 weeks. If it lasts longer the baby needs to be seen again.

Both my husband and I have pretty short runs with colds and so does our baby... Our baby's first cold lasted about 2 days of minor symptoms, 3 days of bad symptoms, 3 days of minor symptoms.

As my kids' pediatrician says...any way you slice it, that cold's going to run its course in about a week.
The best you can do is keep clearing the kiddo's nose, running the humidifier, and giving lots of cuddles.

The reactions to shots can vary from 24 hours to 10-14 days in the case of the MMR vaccine at the 12th month check up. 100.5 to 101 isn't a very high fever in response to a vaccine, nor is it too high in general. It sounds to me like you are doing everything right to support your daughter through a tough reaction. Remember, though, to listen to your instincts and if they tell you to take her in, take her in.

It depends. Breastfed infants generally get fewer colds, and they tend to get over them very quickly (like in a day or two).

depends on the age. The older the baby the quicker they over come it.

one to two weeks, keeping the place cleaner helps too, like disinfected all binkies and bottles every day.
