Today me and my best friend were having a conversation and she asked me if i thought she was spoiled? I told her the truth and she didn't take it very well. Alot of people say she is spoiled because her mother buys her everything but, i told her not to worry about what other people think and thank god her mother helps her. Unlike me who has to work to get everything on their own. I told her to enjoy it it s her mother why should she be hurt. Of course your mother is goinging to look out for you Now she thinks that boys dont want to date her because she is spoiled. Why wouldnt a man want to date a spoiled girl?

To any one that thinks that i am jealous u would be absolutely wrong dstluke or whatever your name i am just trying to help her feel better why would i be jealous ***** we have been friend for a long time now and she works just as hard as i does so why would i hate on that, like i said if your parents want to take you shopping or buy u nice things then its their choice. Stupid ***** read before you jump to conclusions.

To me spoiled is not a bad word it just means that your parents shower u with love and attention its showing that they care and it can come in many forms depending on the parent i never said it was a bad thing. It is natural for all parents to spoil their children every now and then

If a child is accepting the gifts given by the parents that does not make her a spoiled child. She is accepting the love and affection of her parents in doing so. It is usually the parent's way of showing their love towards their children. I would label a child as spoiled child only if she thinks that receiving gifts as a right and expects everyone around her to shower her with gifts,or be snobbish, petulant, obstinate and selfish etc.,
In countries like India, it is very common for the parents to take care of their children up to many years and children in their turn shower affection to them in their advanced age.These things are considered as normal.
Now coming to dating a spoiled child, If the person shows the signs, which I mentioned above, then the relationship will be a difficult one to maintain.

It's not so much that she's spoiled, it's just the attitude that spoiled people tend to take on. A lot of people that don't have to work for anything develop a lot of pride and become self-centered. They also tend to lack compassion for those that do have to work for everything. If your friend doesn't sound like this, she has nothing to worry about.

A little jealous, are you? You give those backhanded compliments and expect her to thank you for it? "You're not spoiled, your mom just buys everything for you. I have to work for everything." Did you actually think about that before you said it? She's not the spoiled brat, you are. You were unthinking and rude. Not to mention mean. You are right, her mother helps her. That's between her and her mother. If you want your parents to buy you stuff, go talk to your parents. In the meantime, let this girl enjoy the relationship she has with her mother and try to tame that little green eyed beast you've got taking over.

Because when your spoiled your not really considerate of other people. (not all). It's all about them. About people doing and giving to them,They are rarely givers. so what man would want that from a women? He would want her to spoil him, not only in material things but with affection. Spoiled also remind me of lazy people, and a man likes when a women is in charge. Being spoiled is in a sense, being needy too..... yuk

spoiled is a label and it's not a nice one. it's a name, like calling someone a name. boys don't want to date girls who have expectations that are too high to be met.
