can a guy honestly say that he can be friends with a girl he is attracted to? or would he always want more?

I am a guy, and yes I am quite content to just "stay friends" with girls I know. I have high morals and I will not go past "first base" as it were.

First, ask yourself something. At this moment do you think of more than one guy as being attractive? Guys find a lot of girls attractive. If they were more than friends with all of them it would be weird.
I think most guys can be just friends with a girl he finds attractive. I know I can, and have.

An adolescent? It's almost all an adolescent boy thinks about. Push it aside for a "friendship" with a girl? Not likely. Possible, but not likely.

Yes he can. I was in this situation with my best friend but once he realized that we would be nothing more than friends he accepted that and our friendship hasn't changed a bit.

this seems to be something i have problems with as well. i think that u can even though it may not be the easiest thing to deal with. i try to think that it is better in ur life as a friend than not at all

Yes the girl i love and i are best friends. I did tell her and she has a bf and it doesn't bother me.
