it's not me or anything. but my bro is going through a really bad divorce, and his soon to be ex wife (WHO CHEATED ON HM WITH THE GUY SHE IS WITH NOW) is trying to find any reason to screw him over as much as possible. she had an investigator go over to her apartment and check out their computer. the porn was looked up AFTER he moved out of that apartment. but since the computer is registered in his name, it's getting pinned on him. she also has a new boyfriend living with her, which is illegal now anyway since they are not divorced yet and have a 3 year old daughter. how, if we can, do we prove that it wasn't my bro? if he gets this all pinned on him, he will lose what little custody he already has of his daughter. what do we do?

Nothing you mentioned is illegal nor does it have much to do with a divorce proceeding. It's not illegal for her to have a boyfriend at her house even if she's not divorced.
All of the United States is no-fault divorce situation. This means that the court doesn't care who did what, when and with who. They just want to know what the parents want to do with the kids and how gets what assets. The judge hits his little gavel and says divorce granted.
My guess is the judge will just look her or her attorney in the eye and say, "I don't care." if they bring up porn use from the computer. Even if they do bring it up, he or his attorney just needs to ask if there is proof of what time that porn was accessed and then it's over. Further, if she brings that up and it's found to be groundless, the judge is likely to look more favorable on him because she's clearly trying pretty hard to defame him.
Child porn is illegal and exposing a minor to porn is also illegal. But assuming none of that is occurring, then there is nothing to worry about.

Porn is not illegal unless it is child porn or some other sick stuff. Porn if on a computer that is easily accessible by children can be thought of as negligent.

might have to call a lawyer on this but its not illegal sadly to say , but i think parents of small kids and all should have moral thinking and not look at it it always there on the comp and there kids could look at it and damage them
and food for thought some times these sites and all have time stamps on them and if he can prove hi was working on the days this was happening that might work im noit really sure
