Stop doing illegal things! lol. No, it happens because Microsoft is buggy software. To stop it, go to www.kubuntu.org then reformat your hard drive and install good software that does not do that, for free.

The first thing I would do is go into Control Panel and add/remove programs and find the web browser and click the remove button which should them give you the option to REPAIR the browser.
Hopefully you have a good security suite (antivirus, firewall, antispyware, etc) from a reliable vendor that is properly configured and up to date... if so, I would suggest you force a manual update and perform a manual scan of your system to be sure the problem isn't malware related.
Error Reporting is easy to enable or disable. It can be found by going to your System Properties. This can be found by going to your System applet in the Control panel or by hitting your Windows Key on your keyboard and holding it down, then selecting the Pause/Break button simultaneously. This will open your System Properties as well. You want to view the Advanced tab. Then click the error reporting button on the lower right and disable it.
Good Luck

recently, the net attack is very often. You should shut down your computer for a while. Possibly, someone trying to ping into your computer but stoped by the firewall.
after a few hours, you should update your anti-virus and net-secure software and do a full scanning.
If you still got those message, you should call your ISP for help.
