Men deal with their feelings by not being afraid to feel them. Go ahead, mourn your loss.

If you allow yourself to feel your emotions, you can get past them with time.

Good luck.

Men are allowed to cry when things like death of a loved one happens.

The important thing is to not hold it in, becuase it seems ok but in the end it does a lot of emotional damage to you. Holding in something like the death of someone you love can lead to depression, anxiety, mental meltdowns that come out of no where, and a general feeling of "blah"

So go ahead and mourn her. Being a real man is mourning her and then showing everyone you can still continue with life afterwards.

It takes time and alot of healing. She would want you to always be the man she married so dont change that. Last week my best friend lost her husband suddenly and she is taking one day at a time, one step at a time and lots of family and friends to help her thru this loss. My grandma use to say the sun will come out tomarrow, and it always did.
