Well I would say that Schumacher would not return to the F1 championship. He is certainly the best driver compared to the likes of drivers we have now, and you can see he loves the car with the new regulations by clocking the fastest time. But he will not return behind the steering wheel for the championship unless something really bad happens in the Ferrari team and they need him to bail them out.

I`d love to see Shumacher return to active F1 racing, though I think his decision is final..though I cant help wondering why he tested the Ferrari recently,i mean he could have done this work at Ferrari`s test track and not had his times posted against other drivers,so is he testing the water for a comeback? stranger things have happened in f1

Yes. Any team would want to sign him on, but I don't think he's returning to F1 as a driver. He's at Ferrari as Todt's assistant. It'll be cool to see how Lewis matches up against him.

Yes he is more than capable of racing. The man topped the sheets and last year he was still on flames, so close to winning that championship (damn you Fisi, why did you have to knick Schu's tyres?). And after a year, he still can run damn fast. So yeah, he can most definitely race again, too bad he said the decision to retire was final...

He has a chance, but he wouldn't want to. His retirement decision is final. It was revealed on 29 October 2006 that Ferrari wanted Schumacher to act as assistant to the newly appointed CEO Jean Todt. This would involve selecting the team's future drivers and now he is Ferrari's 'super assitant'.

He surely have chance to race again ..
why not ..
Team need the drivers who can help to modify the engins ..
Team need the drivers who can give them victory even though they don't have fastest car ..
Schumi did it many times ...
In the testing of new season, he is back on the chart ... At the top place ..

Yep.
After the Brazilian GP, I guess he's still the best driver out there.
And they all have second thoughts about coming back, so I think if Ferrari looses steam in the next year or two, he may came back and rescue them one more time.

Schumacher could show up in Australia Sunday morning on race day, and say " id like to race" and either kimi or massa would be sitting in the garage, the question is if he wants to
