Well, since you're older than your sister, she probably likes everything you like. If she always messes with your stuff, and there's this one thing in particular that you hate it when she messes with it, you should get her that particular thing. If she likes your clothes, you should give her a gift card to your favorate clothing store and take her shopping. Buy her a cute outfit. Or earings or somthing.

Is she old enough for skin care or makeup? I gave my little sister a lot of small makeup thingies, like Lip Smackers in a tube of several, foundation, eyeliner, mascara, a box of shadows, lots of small nail polishes. You can get a kit these days with all that in it, but I shopped around, buying a little at a time. Each was individually wrapped and something I would have used, so I knew how good it was. Some of the things came in their own special carryalls. I hid them all over the house, in the tree, some under it, etc., getting up very early Christmas day to do the hiding. None of it was real expensive, but all together, it was quite impressive. It gave her a head start on her own supply, and was my way of acknowledging her impending adulthood. It was a lot of fun for me, and she loved it! As she opened each one, I told her why I had picked that out, so I got to show her how much I cared about her too. We went into the bathroom later, and tried them all on, and I showed her how I used each one.

Maybe something from Victoria's Secret "Pink." They have cute stuff that isn't your typical Victoria's Secret stuff. They have lots of cute hoodies, bags, and accessories.
