The coin does not look like a Greek coin from the Archaic period 680-480 BC. In fact it has nothing in common with any Greek style coin. it is rather crude and looks as if it is made of brass. There are some Greek coins that were made in what is now Turkey with wrestlers and maybe a slinger on the reverse but they have the city name in Greek on them. This type coin started to show up in 300 BC or so. You can try the following for they know more than I do on Ancient Greek coins coinworld@piecesoftime.com That is Thom Bray, frank@frscoins.com that is Frank Robinson and then Bob Reis of Anything Anywhere reisbiz@earthlink.net All 3 are top notch dealers. Hope this points you in the right direction.
