On your desktop, right click "My Computer" > Properties > Hardware tab > click [Device Manager] >click the [+] sign next to "Display Adapter."

Run DxDiag. It will bring up a sheet of information with all the specs on your computer. If that doesn't work, maybe search up your computer and model online and see if you can find it.

Download CPU-Z it should tell you all the hardware installed on your computer.
