Every culture has a fall harvest festival. But no, Turkey does not celebrate America's Thanksgiving and eat turkey.

Thanksgiving is an American holiday celebrating the coming together of the Natives and the Pilgrims. If they did though, I wonder if they would eat turkey?

they celebrate Turkey in Turkey...but I don't know if the country Turkey comes with stuffing, cranberries, or mashed potatoes...Bush Jr. probably gets confused a lot on it, I'm sure
