I understand your feelings. What is your question? Are you looking for support, empathy, or an answer to a question which I missed? You'll be ok. I can't say that it won't hurt. It's good that you'll miss him. Try to enjoy your Christmas and New Year knowing that you husband misses you as well and loves you...even with a distance between you.

You will just have to make your own arrangements, you must make it something special for you to look forward to as well, Its not that long, and you will spend most of it looking forward to him coming back, think of it like the lead up to Christmas when you were a kid, you will be able to plan something real nice and special for his return, try not to ruin his Christmas and yours as there is a lot worse things that could happen, you will have loads to talk and laugh about when he gets back,

Enjoy Christmas & be glad that you have it together. My friends husband died a month ago & Christmas for her this year will be painful, she's only 42 & they'd been together 22 years. You're husband will be gone 10 days, it will pass so enjoy Christmas & enjoy the reunion once the 10 days is up. ☺

Do something for yourself.Make some plans of your own.Catch up with friends, rello's or do something extraordinarily different that you've wanted to try but could'nt! Have a couple of girly nites! Lots of thing to see & do.
