--On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of 1919.
--The Triple Entente, an alliance of Germany, Austo-Hungary, The Ottoman Empire and at one point Russia.
--Germany would return all seized lands and pay damages for war costs.

The war ended with the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. It is easy to research this as all you want to know is excellently covered in the prize-winning book 'Paris 1919' by Margaret MacMillan which should be available at a good bookstore or in your library.

Ugh people these days...
-It ended on the 11hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.
-Germany and its allies surrendered.
-They had to give up army and land, they also had to pay for all the damages and what not.
