Hi, I sent a collectable guitar pick to the UK in a small Size 0 envelope ( i think it was 6X7) and I went to USPS.com and it said shipping price would be 1.80 so I put enough stamps and sent it on its way.-- Today though I tried to send another guitar pick to the UK and when I took it to the post office they told be I had to fill out a, PS Form 2976, customs form and I was wondering, will my First package i mailed be sent back to me since I didn't have a customs form?

I send stuff all the time with just postage but it is just paper not merchandise. You might need a customs form for exporting merchandise or even for gifts.

It depends of the package size, courier company and destination. For some countries is a legality (more restrictions since 9/11)
