Egypt is not a tropical country, it is a desert country so there would be no rainforest tropical or otherwise there. The difference between tropical and regular rainforest is that a regular rainforest tends to be in somewhat northern climates where it rains a lot like Vancouver Island. Tropical rainforests are more like jungles

Gorillas, lions, jackals, hyenas, monkeys, hippos, tigers. Their all good eaten I here. I understand monkey brains is a delicacy. (given you put your question under dining out)

panthers, monkeys, lots of of insects and reptiles, ant eaters, many different variaty of birds and sloths. alot more but sorry can't think of any more right now.
