I have been working with a congressman and a senator to get a small portion of social security fixed since April 07.

They both agree that it needs fixed.

One is Dem and one is Rep.

Neither has found the time to introduce the problem which has cost me over $1000 so far and will eventually cost me as much as $6000, in medical bills . And I am retired military. But because the way the law was written...

At any rate, it takes some time or maybe more than one citizens voice.

If you call, you'll get a response from whoever you talk to. Mail or e-mail takes some times, but most everyone gets an answer.

I've gone to Washington DC and met with Senators and Congressmen or their staffers. It's a great experience.

I never got answers to my Dad's veteran affairs problems. Our Congressman, Ron Paul, lied to us everytime we called him, then he even lied about calling us back. They look into things that will make them richer, that is all.
