A system in which everyone is treated equally under the law, where everyone is paid equally regardless of job, etc, and generally a system that values the average citizen. What do you say about that? Don't you see our current economic system highly unjust? It seems as if it is okay for the rich capitalists to exploit the working class by paying them less than their labour is worth.

To those that oppose: do you honestly think society is driven only by rewards?
What about the concept of equality?
How do you like driving your nice SUV while your neighbour is living on the streets? Shouldn't this be enforced throughout the whole world? No more poverty.

Their labour is worth less than it should be because they have to make a profit off of his or her work. How am i to judge what someone's labour is worth? Nobody's labour is worth less than someone else's, so long as they actually work.

UMMM NO how many times are you going to ask the same question?????
The only people that live on the streets in this country are the ones who don't want to work.

As your question is actually many questions I have broken them up for you.
1: “A system in which everyone is treated equally under the law,”
Yes
2: “where everyone is paid equally regardless of job, etc,”
No, see #1
3: “and generally a system that values the average citizen.”
Yes, see #1
4: “What do you say about that?”
What we need is a true free market, which we do not have.
5: "Don't you see our current economic system highly unjust?"
Yes, because we do not have a true free market. The government is far too involved in our economic system. This makes it unjust.
6: "It seems as if it is okay for the rich capitalists to exploit the working class by paying them less than their labour is worth."
I have a question for you. How do you judge what someone’s labour is worth? Who would make this determination in your system?
It seems that there is a great deal you do not understand about economics. For anyone who would like to learn about economics I recommend the Ludwig Von Mises Institute. I have a link to their homepage below.
Edit: you state "Nobody's labour is worth less than someone else's, so long as they actually work."
A wage is simply a price. Would you pay the same price for a good laptop computer as you would for an average cup of coffee or tea? Think about this.

It is not a question of equality but balance and fairness. Those with the money and power tend to run towards greedy. That is just the way it is and has always been. You were right to state that labor is generally not paid what it is worth, or even what management could comfortably afford to pay them. But, not all work is equal either, and therefor should not be paid equally. There is also the question of education, be it formal or hard knocks, some have put in the time, money and effort to get where they are and are deserving of pay that reflects those efforts. Of course a college degree, or mommy and daddy giving you the company doesn't mean you deserve the big pay for even those things don't mean you have earned it.

No here is why, if I know I will be given the same type of house, car, the same amount of food, the same paycheck as a doctor, dentist, vet, a lawyer, an engineer, no matter what then where is my motivation to do anything besides sweep a floor, or work fast food. Why bother going to school and reading countless books on anatomy, law, or learning calculus if it is not going to give me a better life than someone who does not want to do put in that kind of effort and time. Basically in a society like the one your propsing there is nothing to inspire people to strive to be their best.

NO, I think we should live under a system of equal pay for equal work and let the buyer decide how much to pay.

I didn't do drugs. too bad for homeless people. but where I live in a small area, we have a casino. I would't think anyone who needed a job in this area, would be looking at the casino. and its too bad that meth has taken over our society. I don't want to have to pay the way for these people. and thats why 99.99% of these people are homeless METH!!!!!!

WE DO live under a system of equality for everyone -- except that in order to obtain your rights, you have to go to court. And the courts don't work.

Although, it is not possible. There will always be fraud and exploitation. Our current system is entirely unjust. One percent of the population owns twenty-one percent of Americas assets, and the bottom fifty percent own twelve percent of Americas assets.

No, but I do like the idea of a Universal Health Care Plan, and wish USA would implement something other than medicare and medicaid. Too many people with out insurance, just to see a doctor. Its outrageous.

same question again?
I don't know why you believe someone that works and pays for years of special education, should receive the same compensation as someone that always put out the minimum effort.
