Most places will hire you at 16, some might hire at 15, but you'll really be limited to what jobs you can do. It's best to consult the park's website or contact their Human Resources department for questions like that.
For the pay, you're looking at minimum wage, somewhere around $5.15-$6 if you're lucky, but the payrate usually depends on what area you work.

most of the places around here like Six Flaggs Great America, Indiana Beach, and Kings Island, ship in students from eastern block countries in Europe. I believe the workers at Indiana Beach were from Croatia. There will be a few jobs, but they will be minimum wage.
