I saw it earlier today in the Long Beach museum of art and wrote a few quick things. I need a picture for reference so I can do a paper for my art appreciation class. Anyone know where I can see a picture of this online?

Hi! I found references to a Zokowsky and much for the museum show.. but I don't see the painting anywhere.

Could it possibly be Peter Zokosky? Zokosky grew up in Long Beach and Indio.

If yes.. I found this: quote: In Two Saints, holy men (Bartholomew, sans skin, and Sebastian, pierced with arrows) cross paths on a country road."
And this: When he was a student in the Master of Fine Arts program at the Otis Art Institute, Los Angeles, from 1979-81, Zokosky did a group of paintings called "The Boy Saints." To some this appellation also described the personality of the artist whose youthfulness and affability gave him the air of a sweet Franciscan. And to a certain degree, Zokosky's paintings then and now give off a pleasing quality, even an aura of perfection. But like his dark snake, they also delivered mystery and revealed the artist's search for what lies beneath the water's surface, occasionally offering glimpses into darker, troubling realms

I would contact him (I'm sure he'd be thrilled!) and ask where you can find it. I hope this helps!

+++++Edit:
Yes, it's him! It doesn't mention the title but he's part of the show. They seem to have problems on the internet spelling his name:) You could also contact the museum and ask if they'd be kind enough to provide you with a copy for research purposes:
