Press the math button on your calculator and option #4 is the cube root. Press enter and it will appear on your screen then just type in the number you want the root of!

alrite, i will give you a shorcut that you can use on any calculator. when taking square roots, cube roots, fourth root or so on, do the following.
to take the ith root of a number, raise the number to 1/i power
Example: square root (2nd root) of 5 can be entered as 5^(1/2)
cube root (3rd root) of 5 can be entered as 5^(1/3)
fourth root as 5^(1/4)
fifth root as 5^(1/5) and so on
hope that helps. I just use exponent button instead of going to root buttons

Press the MATH button, and then arrow down to the cube root button (it's #4, so you can also just press "4" once you're in the math screen).

hit the math button on the calculator just below the aqua ALPHA button then it will be listed as number four and it has a 3 then a sq root sign then input whtever number u want
