I'm into the same stuff as you and I'd recommend 30 Seconds to Mars, Aiden. Funeral for a Friend, InMe, Lostprophets, The Used, Taking Back Sunday, and maybe Still Remains. I love all these bands!!!

According to Amazon.com, Customers who bought MCR, FOB and Panic! might also like:

1. AFI (I'm not really the biggest fan of AFI, but "Miss Murder" is nice.)
2. The All American Rejects (listen to "Dirty Little Secret")
3. The Killers (I'd suggest "Mr Brightside" and "When You Were Young", very typical)
4. Green Day (if you havent already heard the overplayed and overcommercialised "Wake Me Up When September Ends". Other songs would be "heartfelt ones like "Time of your life" or rocking ones like "Holiday".)

These bands are a mixture of pop punk, alternative rock and punk rock.
So some other bands you might like (which I like), are Jimmy Eat World (listen to "Work", "23", "The Middle"), Taking Back Sunday (listen to "MakeDamnSure") and The Goo Goo Dolls ("Iris").

And if you havent heard FOB's Sophomore Slump or Comeback of The Year, Saturday, Carpal Tunnel of Love and 7 minutes in heaven (Ataven Halen), Please do. FOB is a great band.

I love MCR and I enjoy listening to some Panic, so I'm pretty similar to you.
Try The Birthday Massacre. They're a very good industrial rock band from Canada.
You also might like Garbage, Shiny Toy Guns, Kiss Kiss, Baumer, or Be Your Own Pet.
And I always recommend Emilie Autumn, no matter what you listen to.

Maybe some AFI, Plain White T's, Boys like Girls, Killers, Flyleaf. I have a friend who likes exactly the same music as you and everytime I hear a song that I think she might like she hates it soooooo not totally sure what you will think but I hope this helps.
