Since it is a product, the result will be 0 whenever either factor is 0.

Sin x = 0 if x = 0
Sin x = 0 if x = -180

Tan 3x = 0 if x = 0
Tan 3x = 0 if x = -60
Tan 3x = 0 if x = -120
Tan 3x = 0 if x = -180

For example, let x = -60, then

Sin(-60) * Tan(-180) = -0.866... * 0 = 0

sin(x)tan(3x) = 0
sin(x) = 0 and tan(3x) = 0
Find each for interval [-180 degrees,0 degrees]
sin(x) = 0
x = 0,-180
tan(3x) = 0
x = 0, -60, -120, -180
