Short-circuited laptop??

I know for sure that it's short-circuited.
Milk was spilled on it.
It's a IBM ThinkPad T50 (i think)!
What should I do? And how much will it cost?

I hope spilling happens when it was off, but anyway dries it and run again with hard drive taken away, spilling is not a big deal if you got the $ to replace things.
