okay this coin is weird it has a jewish star in the middle and inside the star it says "new grand"
under that is syas"since 1964"
and at the top it has 9 stars around the top.

Well it is not a coin but a token of some sorts. It could be from a bar or a casino. With out a city or something else to go by it is considered a maverick token and no one may find out where it is from. Some were made in such small quantities they just don't attract that much attention. be nice to know what syas is. I am wondering if it may not be a Mason token of some kind. Sorry this is the best i can do off the top of my head but I will still try to track it down just for the fun of it, would be better if I had photo's of it, both sides. I am always loosing the notes I make.
